Community Opportunities for Access through Skills Training
Workforce Readiness & Independent Living

COAST is Salt & Sky's foundational skills and workforce readiness program. Participants build independence, confidence, and practical abilities through OT-aligned routines, hands-on learning, and real-world practice.

Transition Into Diverse Engagement
Community Engagement & Civic Voice

TIDE supports adults in deepening community connections and finding their voice. Building on COAST foundations, participants engage in neighborhood activities, develop leadership skills, and discover meaningful roles that strengthen both personal identity and community bonds.

Resilience, Environment, and Ecological Futures
Environmental Stewardship & Restoration

REEF invites participants into hands-on environmental stewardship and restoration work. Participants develop expertise, build resilience, and become visible stewards of the ecosystems they call home.
